张月蘅，教授，博士生导师。2001年博士毕业于同济大学。2010-2011年在加拿大国家研究理事院（NRC）做访问学者，在国际著名半导体光电器件专家刘惠春教授课题组进行科研工作。主要从事半导体红外探测、红外光电器件及物理方面的研究。迄今共主持和参与了12个国家级科研项目。其中作为项目负责人主持完成国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、面上项目3项；作为子课题负责人承担“863计划”及X863项目。曾入选“上海高校优秀青年教师后备人选”、 “上海高校优秀青年教师”。
